Dream to Reality
Let’s get down to the meat of it. After we’ve had our initial call and I’ve got a deep sense of who my client is and what they’re looking for, we’ll agree on terms and get the ball rolling. We call this next step, Trade Day. That’s when the real magic happens – we go full hands on deck with onsite measurements, inventory, and photography, while meeting with every trade involved in the project. Then, we’ll take all our notes from the day and compile a detailed line item Furnishing Schedule so you can anticipate what to expect next.
Rolling Up Our Sleeves
After Trade Day, we roll right into Design & Documentation, a three-phase process of Conceptual Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents. This is the heart of the design process, where all the creative brainstorming happens and we get to bring all the pieces together from the layouts to the furniture, finishes, and fixtures. Our clients get updates on a weekly basis and progress reports after each phase is complete – where we rely on our client’s feedback to finetune the design.
All the Pretty Things
It’s presentation time! Where we get to show off all that we’ve been working on through a complete picture of your project, including visuals, and budgetary. This presentation package is carefully constructed to save our clients time and money while being wholly transparent about every detail that goes into your project.
Making it Happen
After you’ve fallen in love with the proposal, we glide into our Project Management Phase where begin to place orders and create an installation calendar. Then, we schedule a meeting to discuss any budget adjustments and give updates on our progress. This phase can often feel the slowest, but it’s where all the pieces tangibly meet to deliver the vision. If we are completing any renovation or construction on the project, we will perform regular site checks and prioritize an open line of communication with YOU, our client.
Everything Falls into Place
Once any renovations or construction is complete or almost done, we begin receiving furniture and reviewing your styling needs – accounting for all the details that will bring your project to life. Once the finalized installation calendar is set, we encourage our clients to take that long-deserved break while we sew all the pieces together. We come in with our professional cleaning service, movers, and installers to provide a seamless turnkey service. Those once lofty far-off dreams suddenly start to take shape, they become real and our clients real-ly happy.
The Big Reveal
Welcome home! As we present you with the finished project, we guide you through all the aspects of your new home which has been completely styled to match your personality and needs. You’ll notice various styling items throughout the home, of which you can pick and choose what to keep and not, with a customized styling price sheet on hand.
After you are completely satisfied with your final product, we give you a Client Binder, full of all the priceless details of your project, because, at Rincon Rd, our goal is to surpass all of your expectations and create an exceptional experience. We’re happy you came along for the ride!
